I’m a Dru yoga teacher and life/work coach.
I spent a good chunk of my adult life on auto-pilot before finding a way to wellbeing through yoga, mindset and embodiment work. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people feel better: Less stressed, more in control of the mind, and more connected and comfortable in the body. Able to access the inner wisdom we all have inside us.

Solstice Early Risers
Our 5-day early morning series will be back Monday 20 June, so make the most of the beautiful summer mornings and join me on Zoom at 6.30am for 45 minutes of energising yoga to wake up the body, mind and spirit!
