Hello!

My name’s Claire. I’m a Dru yoga teacher and personal coach.

I spent a good chunk of my adult life on auto-pilot before finding a way to well-being through yoga, mindset, and biomechanics work. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people feel better: Less stressed, more in control of the mind, and more connected and comfortable in the body. Able to access the inner wisdom we all have inside us.
