I’m Claire.

I spent a good chunk of my adult life on auto-pilot before finding a way to well-being through yoga, mindset, and biomechanics work.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people feel better: Less stressed, more in control of the mind, and more connected and comfortable in the body. Able to access the inner wisdom we all have inside us.

Group Yoga Classes

Small, tailored group classes in Ripponden. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

Early-Riser Yoga Club

Online class membership with access to three thirty-minute live classes a week + recordings

Private Yoga

One-to-one yoga to help you reach your goals. Sessions are available online or in person.
