Embrace the power of movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery with our transformative FREE event, ‘5 Days to YOU’. Led by me, this immersive yoga experience is designed to reconnect you with your authentic self and set you on a path of clarity and intention.
This time round in our 5 Day ‘Challenge’ we’re shifting our focus to strip away the clutter and distractions, allowing you to rediscover the present moment and live with clarity and purpose.
At the heart of our journey, as always, are the Early Riser Yoga sessions, scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:45 am. These 30-minute sessions of movement and meditation will leave you feeling invigorated, centered, and ready to tackle the day ahead.
During your mornings ‘off’ on Tuesday and Thursday, you’ll have access to recorded and live sessions in our dedicated Facebook group and via email. These sessions have been thoughtfully crafted to accommodate the reality of a busy schedule, whether it’s after work or after the kids have settled down for the night.
Plus, each morning, you’ll receive an email filled with journal prompts, exercises, and daily inspiration, to help guide you towards a deeper connection with your body, mind, and authentic self.
This experience is suitable for individuals of all abilities, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
