Join me at 6.45am each morning for 30 minutes of gorgeous Dru Yoga designed to energise and inspire. These sessions will leave you awake, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
This time, this challenge is ALL about stress-relief. I’ll not only be sharing yoga sessions that will leave you with a sense of cool, calm energy for the day ahead, but I’ll also be sending you some tips and tricks via email too throughout the week (no spam I promise!).
