Payment and Refunds

Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your place on classes, workshops, and one-to-one sessions. Places cannot be held without pre-payment.

Participation in yoga classes is dependent on all participants completing a health form prior to the start of the first class or session.

Parents/guardians must complete and sign the health form for all participants under the age of 18 years old prior to their first session. It is the participant’s or parent/guardian’s responsibility to update The Little Yoga Barn/Claire Wilson-Binks of any changes in health prior to starting a session.

Drop-in students are always welcome if there is space available in the class. To attend as a drop-in participant please check on or contact Claire (or the person running the class) to check availability. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis. Early arrival is required to ensure time to complete a health form.

Cancellation policy

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for all group and 1-1 class bookings. Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice can be rearranged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice of the yoga class/1-1 or coaching session cannot be refunded or transferred.

Discounts on standard class prices are offered through class passes and memberships for some sessions.

Please note that the same cancellation terms apply using the class pass. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class, your pass credit cannot be refunded.

Rolling monthly memberships/subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. The subscription/membership will then finish at the end of the monthly cycle.

Active memberships/subscriptions will only be refunded (on a pro-rata basis) in cases of cancelled classes due to teacher illness and holidays.

Class pass, 1-1 block booking, and membership payments are final and we cannot refund or extend class pass purchases. Partial subscription payments may be refunded due to class cancellation in the case of teacher illness and holiday.
